Responsibilities

• Monitor and control biomass production processes.
• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Keep accurate records of operational data.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics.
• Contribute to a safety-first culture in the workplace.
• Support management in achieving production targets.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations

• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Mechanical aptitude

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Time management skills

Certifications

• Forklift Certification
• Hazardous Materials Handling Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
