Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple high-end properties. You will manage staff, coordinate events, and ensure a seamless household experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the duties of household staff, including cooks, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
  • Manage multiple properties, ensuring that each is maintained to a high standard.
  • Plan and execute events, managing all logistics from start to finish.
  • Create and monitor household budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits of household supplies and equipment, maintaining proper inventory levels.
  • Engage with high-end clients and ensure their specific needs are met promptly.
  • Respond to emergencies and resolve issues as they arise within the household.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all properties.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality or property management are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-net-worth households
