Job Description

As a Tire Mold Tester at Manufacturing Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of tire molds. You will inspect, test, and evaluate tire molds to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of tire molds to identify defects.
• Document and report any abnormal findings in testing.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure molds meet specifications.
• Utilize measurement tools for accurate evaluations.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality improvements.
• Monitor test equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance.
• Support the training of junior technicians in testing procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in quality control is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in quality assurance or testing preferred.

Technical Skills

Languages
