Job Description

The Failure Analysis Engineer will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive investigations into product defects and system failures. Your role is pivotal in identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical failure data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Assist in the creation of best practices for product testing and evaluation.
  • Support the quality assurance team by providing insights on product improvements.
  • Develop documentation for analysis processes and methodologies.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training around failure analysis.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certification in Failure Analysis or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Failure Analysis or related field
