Thermostatic Controls Supervisor

Job Description

As a Thermostatic Controls Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to the installation, maintenance, and repair of thermostatic control systems. You will be pivotal in ensuring that temperature-controlled environments are optimized for performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and maintenance procedures ensuring quality control.
• Conduct performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding project progress and challenges.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
• Assist in budget preparation for departmental expenditures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HVAC operations and team leadership.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Energy Management Systems
• Technical Writing

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• LEED Certification
• Validation of prior HVAC certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS): Hands-on knowledge of BMS and their integration with HVAC systems.
• Advanced Energy Management Skills: Expertise in developing energy-efficient protocols for HVAC systems.
