Job Description

We are seeking a Brownfield Redevelopment Specialist who is passionate about environmental restoration and has a strong background in site remediation. The ideal candidate will manage various projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategies for the cleanup of contaminated areas.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Oversee fieldwork, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Track project milestones and deliver updates to management and clients.
  • Review and approve project proposals and budgets.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in environmental remediation.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities and outcomes.
  • Monitor contract compliance with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community members.
  • Advise on regulatory changes and their implications for ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in site remediation projects.
