Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Policy Officer to join our government relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and advocating for policies that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with government officials, industry leaders, and community stakeholders to ensure that our technology solutions meet current governmental standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in drafting testimony and comments on proposed legislation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with policy demands.
• Engage in community outreach to gather insights on policy impacts and needs.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and issues in government technology.
• Build and maintain a database of legislative contacts and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working within government or public sector
