Job Description

As a Clinical Researcher at Life Sciences Research Co., you will spearhead clinical trials, driving the research process from inception to completion. Your role will involve recruiting participants, managing data collection, and analyzing results to inform future studies. You'll ensure that all research activities comply with regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Engage in participant recruitment and data collection efforts.
  • Analyze collected data and provide statistical interpretations.
  • Create and submit reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring all findings are documented.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive research projects forward.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior clinical research staff.
  • Develop publications based on research findings for peer-reviewed journals.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in clinical research.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or nursing
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical trials and data management
