We are seeking enthusiastic Farm and Home Management Educators to join our team and support the agricultural community. You'll be tasked with the development and delivery of educational programs while addressing the challenges farmers face and promoting practices that ensure economic growth within the sector.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls quickly and accurately.
• Utilize dispatch software to coordinate response teams effectively.
• Act as a lifeline for callers in distress, offering support and guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of local geography and resources.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote safety awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in public safety communications

Technical Skills

• Crisis Management
• Dispatch Software Knowledge

Certifications

• Advanced Emergency Telecommunicator Certificate
• National Incident Management System (NIMS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with crisis negotiation: Skills in crisis communication and negotiation in high-stress situations.
