Job Description

As a Staff Readiness Officer focusing on Electronic Warfare, you will be responsible for ensuring that our military systems are fully operational and effective. This involves assessing system performance, developing and implementing training programs, and providing technical support to operational units.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of electronic warfare tactics and systems.
• Design training materials and guides for personnel involved in operations.
• Integrate new technologies into existing warfare systems efficiently.
• Provide troubleshooting support during live operations and exercises.
• Compile reports on system readiness and training outcomes for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in electronic warfare or related fields.
