Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Bun Machine Operator to enhance our production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with bun production machinery and a deep understanding of the production process. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the bun machine while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up bun machines and prepare production lines for daily operations.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in training new operators on machinery operation and safety practices.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
Advantageous
- Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs: Hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing food production machines.
- Experience in a fast-paced bakery environment: Previous work experience in a high-volume bakery setting.
