The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial assessments and personalized planning strategies, enabling clients to make informed financial decisions that will positively impact their lives.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial health thoroughly and develop actionable recommendations.
• Guide clients through the complexities of financial products and services.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars focused on financial wellness and management.
• Generate and review client reports to track progress against financial goals.
• Identify additional services that enhance clients' financial health and recommend them accordingly.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional ongoing support.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic financial advice.
• Keep accurate and confidential client records.
• Utilize personal finance software to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• Master's degree in business or finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services or counseling

Certifications
