Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate oxyacetylene equipment for optimal performance.

• Conduct routine maintenance on welding and cutting equipment.
• Guide junior team members in safe operation procedures.
• Participate in quality control inspections.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Manage inventory of materials and maintain stock levels.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment usage and safety standards.
• Maintain production logs and records of work performed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in welding preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in metal fabrication
