Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Glove Former to join our team. As a Glove Former, you will be responsible for operating machinery to shape and form gloves according to precise specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery to mold gloves per specifications.
  • Inspect gloves for quality assurance and take corrective action as needed.
  • Constantly monitor machine performance.
  • Work closely with supervisors to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Keep precise records of production activities.
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Assist with training new employees on machinery operation.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production status.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
