Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Gem and Diamond Worker to ensure our diamonds are impeccably cleaned and polished. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using specialized tools and techniques to enhance the brilliance of our diamonds, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize diamond cleaning techniques to restore and enhance the sparkle of diamonds.
• Analyze and report on any defects or issues found during inspections.
• Work with the Jewelry Repair Manager to improve cleaning processes.
• Assist in training junior staff on diamond cleaning techniques.
• Engage in quality control measures to uphold industry standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design or related field
• Experience in jewelry-making preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the jewelry industry

Technical Skills

• Experience with CAD software for jewelry design
• Knowledge of gemstone properties

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
