Job Description

As a Roll Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that rollers used in industrial applications meet stringent quality standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the production team to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of rollers throughout the production process.
• Utilize both manual and automated measuring tools to confirm product specifications.
• Log all inspection data meticulously for future reference and audits.
• Assist in troubleshooting production anomalies related to roller quality.
• Provide feedback to design teams based on defect analysis.
• Implement best practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Work closely with engineering to resolve design-related quality issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a related field (preferred)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
