Job Description

The Injection Molding Machine Offbearer will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency by removing molded parts from the machine, inspecting them for quality, and ensuring they are properly packaged. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently remove molded parts from the machine upon completion.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Package products accurately based on customer specifications.
• Label finished items correctly and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure the workspace remains clean and organized at all times.
• Assist in machine setup and monitor production flow.
• Conduct quality assurance checks during different production phases.
• Communicate any operational issues with the supervisor promptly.
• Follow safety standards and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Assist team members with additional tasks as directed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in plastic injection molding is a plus.

Technical Skills

• First aid certification
• Forklift operation

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in quality control: Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
