Renting Superintendent

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Renting Superintendent to oversee the management of residential properties. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing maintenance requests, and enforcing lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant move-in and move-out processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist with budgeting and financial management for property operations.
• Develop and implement property marketing strategies to reduce vacancy rates.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants to build community and trust.
• Track and report on property performance metrics and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associate's degree in Real Estate or Property Management is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with experience managing multiple properties preferred
