Job Description

We are seeking skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders who are passionate about transforming rough stone into polished masterpieces. Join our dedicated team in Dallas to ensure high-quality outputs in stone fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of grinding machines and polishers.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with production staff to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for operations.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist in resolving any production issues that may arise.
• Train junior staff on best practices for machine operation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during processing.
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of output.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in stone fabrication or relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in stone polishing or related roles.

Technical Skills

• Polishing Equipment Operation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• CNC Operator Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
