Job Description
The Furniture Finisher plays a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing finished surfaces in construction projects. With expertise in drywall, plastering, and painting, you will contribute directly to the quality and aesthetics of our builds.
Responsibilities
Assist in measuring and cutting materials for surface finishing.
Perform detailed inspections of completed work to catch discrepancies.
Implement necessary repairs to existing finishes or installations.
Ensure proper mixing of paints and materials for finishes.
Document daily work activities and progress for accountability.
Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project goals and challenges.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Vocational training in construction finishing is a plus
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of safety procedures
Problem-solving skills
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience with restoration projects: Hands-on experience in restoring historic buildings to their original condition.
Familiarity with 3D modeling software: Knowledge in using software for design and visualization of finishes.
