The Steel Work Supervisor will manage and oversee the fabrication and installation of steel structures on construction sites. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all steel fabrication and installation processes.
• Develop and monitor project timelines to ensure completion.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on the site.
• Maintain accurate records of production and labor.
• Lead quality assurance efforts to meet project specifications.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for any client-related queries.
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Review and interpret project blueprints.
