Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Concrete Spreader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience spreading concrete to create smooth, level surfaces for various construction projects, including commercial buildings and highways.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by ensuring they are clean and level.
• Spread and level concrete using tools such as trowels or screeds.
• Finish concrete surfaces to ensure a smooth and even finish, adjusting for imperfections.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Execute tasks while adhering to the company's safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Train new workers on best practices for concrete spreading and finishing.
• Stay updated on industry standards and techniques related to concrete work.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete work, with a focus on spreading and finishing.

Technical Skills

• Concrete Pours
• Blueprint Interpretation

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Concrete Technology Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
