Hoist and Winch Operators

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hoist and Winch Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable systems, while ensuring high-quality signal transmission and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Test and certify cable installations for optimal performance.
• Respond to and resolve customers' technical service inquiries.
• Perform emergency repairs as needed on cable services.
• Manage inventory of cable supplies and equipment.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of service protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in telecommunications is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Cable Testing Tools
• Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience with fiber optics: Experience with installation and maintenance of fiber optic cables.
• Additional telecommunications certifications: Certifications in networking or related telecommunications fields.
