Tenter Feeder

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tenter Feeder to join our textile production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain tenter frames, ensuring the smooth running of the manufacturing process. Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you monitor fabric quality and assist in routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate tenter frames and adjust settings as necessary.
• Ensure proper feeding and tension of fabric during the production process.
• Conduct regular inspections of fabric quality.
• Unpack and prepare fabric rolls for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure fabric meets specifications.
• Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues.
• Provide feedback on production inefficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in textile manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• Preferred experience in operating tenter frames or similar machinery
