Responsibilities

• Operate machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production output.
• Document production data accurately and promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and material handling.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and updates.
• Help train new employees on equipment and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a Production Worker is preferred

Advantageous

• CNC Machine Experience: Familiarity with CNC machines preferred.
• Forklift Certification: Valid forklift operator's certification is a plus.
