Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timelines are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a track record of successful project deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor and track project progress.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects move forward.
  • Assess project risks and engage in risk management efforts.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries throughout project lifecycle.
  • Encourage team collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Organize training sessions for team members on project management methodologies.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects
