Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that grinds and shapes graphite materials for multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on finished products.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Train new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Keep up with maintenance schedules for all machinery.
• Assist in the development of efficient machining processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in machine operation within manufacturing

Technical Skills

• CNC machining experience
• CAD software knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• CNC machining experience: Hands-on experience with CNC setups and operations.
• Lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge of lean principles to improve efficiency.
