Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Transportation, Storage, and Distribution Manager to oversee daily operations in our cold storage facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics, inventory management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for logistics and distribution inquiries.
• Ensure all storage practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Implement inventory control methods to reduce waste.
• Train new staff on operational protocols and safety practices.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with shipping companies to optimize delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and storage conditions.
• Lead projects aimed at improving cold storage protocols.
• Support the development of the logistics budget.
• Maintain effective working relationships within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's Degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management, especially in cold storage environments.
