Job Description

We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor of Gambling Services Workers to manage and coordinate activities for our gambling services team. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service while adhering to casino policies and procedures, creating an engaging atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of gambling services and ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Handle disputes and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor gaming activities for adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on gaming operations and customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss developments and changes.
  • Collaborate with security to ensure a safe environment for guests.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning related to gaming operations.
