We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor of Gambling Services Workers to manage and coordinate activities for our gambling services team. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of gambling services and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Handle disputes and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor gaming activities for adherence to policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on gaming operations and customer experiences.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss developments and changes.
• Collaborate with security to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning related to gaming operations.
