Job Description

As a Taster at Top Quality Foods Inc., you'll be a vital part of our quality assurance team, responsible for evaluating and assessing the taste, flavor, and overall quality of our food and beverage products. Your insights will help us maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Assess food and beverage items for taste, quality, and overall experience.
• Document sensory evaluations and communicate findings to the product development team.
• Engage in team discussions about product improvements and consumer preferences.
• Participate in training sessions related to sensory evaluation techniques.
• Assist in developing tasting protocols for new product lines.
• Conduct competitive analysis by tasting and evaluating competitor products.
• Monitor and report on customer feedback related to taste and product quality.
• Contribute to the creation of tasting menus and product descriptions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• Certification in Sensory Evaluation is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience in sensory evaluation, quality control, or food testing is preferred.
