Job Description

As a Culinary Artist, you will be responsible for creating and preparing innovative dishes that delight our clientele. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff, ensuring that every plate reflects our commitment to culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare high-quality ingredients for service.
  • Monitor and control food portions and waste.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences.
  • Conduct quality checks on all food items before serving.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Experience in food safety certifications preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-end cuisine
