Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients in Chicago. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort while administering treatments and medications.

Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous (IV) therapy and manage IV lines.
• Respond to patient calls promptly and effectively.
• Assist in outpatient procedures and surgical setups.
• Train and supervise nursing aides and interns.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• BSN preferred

Experience

• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Medication Administration
• Care Coordination

• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in Spanish: Able to communicate in Spanish for patient education and support.
• Experience in Critical Care: Previous work in an ICU or similar high-stakes environment.
