Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Woodshop Worker to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will utilize your woodworking expertise to create and assemble intricate wooden structures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood components to create furniture and other products.
• Utilize CAD software to assist in project design.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during operations.
• Provide support and mentorship to trainees and new employees.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet client specifications and deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in woodworking or related field
• Certifications in carpentry are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a woodshop environment

Technical Skills

• CAD software usage
• Wood finishing techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in CNC operation: Experience with CNC machinery and programming is a plus.
