Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality raised prints on various materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust printing machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Review and finalize print samples before mass production.
• Assist with inventory management of printing supplies and materials.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to coordinate tasks.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating machinery.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or inconsistencies in print quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in raised printing or a similar field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating raised printing machinery

Technical Skills

• Proficient in raised printing techniques
• Color matching and ink mixing
• Problem-solving skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with large-scale printing projects: Ability to handle printing for large orders efficiently.
• Knowledge of multiple printing techniques: Experience in various printing methods, including digital and offset.
