Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Shoe Machine Operators to join our team in New York. In this role, you will handle and operate advanced machinery in the fur processing facility while ensuring the quality of finished products. Your contribution is vital in preparing furs for manufacturing and maintaining our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Start and stop machinery as per production schedules.
• Conduct quality checks on products during processing.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to uphold standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development of new processing techniques.
• Provide feedback on machinery operations to management.
• Support training initiatives for staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement in processing workflows.
• Ensure effective communication within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or textile operations is a plus.
