We are looking for a highly skilled Slurry Control Tender to join our dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the flow and viscosity of slurry, ensuring production efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of slurry control systems to optimize product quality.
• Conduct routine quality assessments to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Document operational procedures and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Train new hires on slurry control best practices and safety procedures.
• Assist in developing protocols for waste reduction and resource optimization.
• Engage in cross-departmental communication to align production goals.
• Identify trends in slurry performance and recommend adjustments.
• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Assist in evaluating vendor performance for slurry-related services and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant certifications in slurry control operations or industrial engineering are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in slurry control operations or a similar industrial role

Technical Skills

• SCADA systems
• Data analysis

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
