As a Wood Shop Moldmaker, you will be at the forefront of our production process, crafting precise molds to meet the needs of various woodworking projects. Your expertise in woodworking techniques and materials will be vital in ensuring the quality and durability of our products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fabricate wooden molds to high precision standards.
• Work closely with the engineering team to refine mold designs.
• Inspect finished molds for any defects and make necessary corrections.
• Utilize woodworking machinery efficiently to achieve mold specifications.
• Document mold production processes and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project goals and timelines.
• Continuously improve personal skills and keep abreast of industry developments.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives for operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Woodworking Technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the woodworking industry

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• Finishing Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
