Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our dynamic wellness team. As a Weight Reducing Technician, you will provide personalized weight loss plans, support clients throughout their journey, and utilize various technologies to ensure their success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' health and weight loss objectives.
• Create and implement customized weight loss strategies.
• Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle changes.
• Track and document client progress and adjust as needed.
• Utilize and monitor weight loss tracking applications and tools.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to program development.
• Formulate motivational strategies to inspire clients.
• Provide support to clients dealing with challenges and setbacks.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with clients in a weight loss setting

• Nutrition Knowledge
