Job Description

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients in a supportive way to help them achieve their mental health goals. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy. We are looking for someone with a strong background in mental health counseling and a deep passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
  • Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices to support client recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health disorders and available resources.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
  • Promote an inclusive and supportive therapy environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Doctorate in Psychology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical settings
