Job Description

As a Retail Coverage Merchandiser, you will be vital in showcasing products effectively across multiple retail locations. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to product placement and merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement.
  • Collaborate with store management to plan merchandising strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising standards.
  • Collect data on sales performance and suggest adjustments.
  • Develop training materials for store staff regarding product features.
  • Observe competitor displays and report findings.
  • Ensure all promotional materials are displayed correctly.
  • Follow up on execution of merchandising initiatives.
  • Participate in weekly merchandising team meetings to discuss progress.
  • Provide feedback regarding store-specific merchandising needs.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • Previous experience in retail merchandising is highly desirable
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Inventory management software skills
