Job Description
As a Retail Coverage Merchandiser, you will be vital in showcasing products effectively across multiple retail locations. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to product placement and merchandising strategies.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement.
Collaborate with store management to plan merchandising strategies.
Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising standards.
Collect data on sales performance and suggest adjustments.
Develop training materials for store staff regarding product features.
Observe competitor displays and report findings.
Ensure all promotional materials are displayed correctly.
Follow up on execution of merchandising initiatives.
Participate in weekly merchandising team meetings to discuss progress.
Provide feedback regarding store-specific merchandising needs.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is an advantage
Experience
Previous experience in retail merchandising is highly desirable
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Inventory management software skills
Advantageous
Experience with visual merchandising: Skills in creating visually appealing product displays.
