Job Description

As an Organizational Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading change initiatives across the organization. Your expertise will enhance employee engagement and ensure the successful implementation of new processes and systems. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in change management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the change management process to improve conversion rates and enhance adoption of new systems.
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design training materials and support documentation for new systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees during transitions.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather feedback and further develop change strategies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through active communication and support.
  • Prepare change management plans that are in line with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience leading change initiatives
