Job Description

As an HR Generalist at HR Solutions Inc., you will play a key role in shaping our organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. This position requires a well-rounded HR professional who can navigate through employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection of staff, ensuring proper onboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, providing HR advice.
  • Lead employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans.
  • Monitor and manage employee benefits programs and communicate them to staff.
  • Support talent management strategies to retain top performers.
  • Facilitate employee relations and mediate conflicts when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment law changes.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
