Job Description

As a Masonry Supervisor, you will manage a team of skilled masons while ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality workmanship. You will coordinate project timelines, train new team members, and maintain effective communication with clients and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the masonry crew.
• Implement safety protocols on-site and ensure compliance.
• Review project plans and specifications with team members.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that arise on-site.
• Oversee the maintenance and usage of masonry tools and equipment.
• Conduct performance evaluations of masonry crew members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in masonry techniques.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for masonry projects.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a masonry apprenticeship program preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in masonry and project management

Languages
