Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk who will manage file organization and maintenance within our records management system. In this role, you will ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date, assist in audits, and handle document retrieval requests promptly. Your skills in organization and communication will enable you to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate filing systems for efficiency.
  • Help to train new staff on filing procedures and systems.
  • Perform quality checks on filed documents.
  • Identify opportunities to digitize paper records.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards for record retention.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for records.

Requirements

Education
  • Some college coursework in office administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in records management or administrative support.
