The Wrong Address Clerk plays a crucial role in our operations by handling cases of misaddressed mail. This position involves meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all mail is accurately recorded and redirected to the proper addresses. Responsibilities

• Process incoming misaddressed mail and enter details into the tracking system.
• Ensure all address corrections are properly logged and communicated effectively.
• Work closely with customer service to resolve issues related to mail delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with local and state postal regulations and procedures.
• Analyze trends in misaddressed mail to propose preventative measures.
• Document and report any systemic issues causing misaddressed mail.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy in the address database.
• Assist with training new staff on handling misaddressed mail procedures.

Requirements

Education

Experience
