Job Description

As a Trace Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in managing and organizing trace information. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate retrieval of documents and files in a timely manner. We’re looking for someone who has strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify accuracy of trace information
  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding trace requests
  • Perform daily checks on trace document status
  • Help develop training materials for new staff
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for trace management
  • Support compliance audits and inspections
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss trace management issues
  • Resolve discrepancies in trace records as they arise

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
