Job Description

The Panel Laminator will operate and maintain laminating equipment, applying laminate material onto panels while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role involves collaboration with the production team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure panels meet specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with the production team to achieve daily output goals.
  • Ensure that all documentation related to production is complete and accurate.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or process improvements.
  • Help implement new procedures and techniques in lamination.
  • Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding any challenges or suggestions.
  • Support logistics and planning efforts related to laminating materials.
  • Be proactive in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laminating area.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associates degree in Manufacturing Technology preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or laminating setting
