Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
• Implement innovative construction techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and report any variances from the project plan.
• Foster a culture of safety on job sites and ensure safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor project team members.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
