Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Equipment Operator to manage and operate cotton baler machinery. In this role, you will ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment, contributing to the high-quality production of our cotton harvest.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the operation of cotton baling machinery.
• Ensure all procedures are followed to maximize machine efficiency.
• Keep work areas organized and safe, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support the team in achieving production goals through collaborative efforts.
• Document all operational activities for reporting and compliance.
• Engage in problem-solving to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
• Assist in the training of junior operators and new hires.
• Participate in seasonal preparations and harvesting activities as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• Previous experience in agricultural machinery operation is preferred.
