Job Description

Our team is seeking a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (Board Certified HIS) who is passionate about helping clients improve their hearing. As a Hearing Aid Specialist, you will conduct hearing evaluations, recommend devices, and provide ongoing support to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough auditory evaluations for potential patients.
  • Assist with the selection of appropriate hearing aids and assistive devices.
  • Deliver exceptional post-fitting support and counseling to patients.
  • Update and maintain patient records accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Participate in health fairs and community events to promote hearing health.

Requirements

Education
  • Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (Board Certified HIS)
  • Master's degree in Audiology is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in hearing aid fitting and patient management.
